It’s important we are notified of any updates to your order such as your shipping address or insurance. Switching insurance may result in different coverage and out-of-pocket costs for your breast pump. If your address changes to a new state, it may impact your coverage through Babylist Health.
Email us at health@babylist.com as soon as any changes occur. We are happy to make any necessary adjustments as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing. At that point, we cannot change or cancel an order.
If you're due date has changed, you can update this from your order status page. If you do not have a link to your order status page you can email us at health@babylist.com and one of our Happiness Heroes can share it with you.
